India has its own coffee roots. In regions like Chikmagalur, coffee has been grown for generations, deeply connected to the land. VASSA is shaped by the two roots: home, and Indian coffee.

This brand is our attempt to hold onto that feeling and share it. Coffee that is simple, easy to return to and free of trends.

We work with expert roasters because skill matters. We roast in small batches because freshness matters more. What defines VASSA is simplicity, balance, and trust.

  1. Grind fresh.

    Grind only what you need, just before brewing. Match the grind size to your chosen brewing method.

  2. Brew your way.

    Use a moka pot, French press or espresso machine. Follow your brewer’s recipe, then adjust to taste.

    Enjoy black, with milk, or as cold brew.

  3. Keep it fresh.

    Reseal the bag after use. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat, sunlight and moisture.
